Checklist Meeting

From Checklist-Newsletter I received the checklist “Meetings”. Meetings are the biggest time consumer.

I like checklists. But this one is to my mind too weak. You should invite the participants of the meeting by directly naming the planned end of the meeting, you should include the topics with the needed amount of time. In the checklist they say you should have a break after two hours. I think the meeting should end after 90 minutes.
