It Takes Too Long…
Very often I hear the argument: That takes too long, when the person is somehow afraid of a thing for example of the computer and for E-Mail or the internet. A few days ago a customer sent me a fully elaborated letter by fax, though I had asked him for an e-mail. But he insisted, that it would take too long. Writing the letter has definitely taken a couple of minutes longer than writing an e-mail. The unknown seems to be a huge thing in the mind and therefore it seems that it would also take a huge amount of time to do it.
